How to Submit Samples
Follow these steps so your sample can be logged and tested without delay.
Place your order
Choose tests and email us the submission form (product name, claimed amount, lot number, client/company name to show on the COA).
Label each vial
Write your order number and sample name on every vial. Keep vials sealed; lyophilized peptides need no refrigeration for transit. Send 1 vial per test panel (2 if endotoxin + sterility are requested).
Pack securely
Wrap vials in bubble wrap inside a padded mailer or box. Include a printed copy of your order.
Ship to the lab
[Lab shipping address placeholder]. Send us the tracking number.
Get your COA
You'll receive a PDF COA by email; it's also verifiable on our Verify page by report ID.
